These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, applications, software, integrations, AI tools, and platforms ("Services") provided by Expert Technologies ("Expert", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you ("User", "Client", "You", or "Your") agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using our Services immediately.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.·

2. Description of Services

·Expert Technologies provides SaaS-based automation and communication tools, including but not limited to:

  • WhatsApp Automation & Messaging

  • Campaign Broadcasting

  • Chatflows, Drip Messaging & AI-Powered Responses

  • Team Inbox for Customer Support & Sales

  • Lead Management & Data Management

  • AI Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • E-commerce & Catalog Commerce

  • Appointment Booking

  • Workflow Automation

  • Webhooks, APIs, and Third-Party Integrations

  • White-Label Solutions for Partners

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time with or without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access our Services, you must:

  • Create an account using accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activities performed under your account


Expert Technologies reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate policies, misuse the platform, or present security risks.· Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

4. Third-Party Platforms & Integrations

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)

By connecting these platforms, you authorize us to access:

  • Business account information

  • Contacts, leads, and form submissions

  • Messages, comments, replies, and associated metadata

  • Audience and engagement insights

Use of these integrations is also governed by:

  • Meta Business Terms

  • WhatsApp Business Platform Policies

  • Instagram Platform Policies

You may also connect other third-party services such as:

  • CRM platforms

  • Payment gateways

  • E-commerce platforms

  • Marketing tools

  • Call tracking software

  • Lead generation platforms

By connecting these services, you grant permission for Expert Technologies to access and process necessary data solely to provide the Services.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to use the Services for:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited broadcasts

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities

  • Violating WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook policies

  • Distributing harmful, restricted, violent, or explicit content

  • Attempting to bypass API restrictions or platform limits

  • Interfering with system performance or infrastructure

  • Uploading copyrighted or defamatory content without permission

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining customer consent before sending messages

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • The accuracy of content and data you upload or distribute

6. Subscription Plans, Billing & Payments

6.1 Subscription Billing

Expert Technologies offers monthly and yearly subscription plans.

By subscribing, you authorize Expert Technologies and its payment partners (including Stripe, Razorpay, PayU) to charge recurring subscription fees

6.2 Platform Fee & Meta Credits (Non-Refundable)

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Platform fees are strictly non-refundable

  • Meta / WhatsApp conversation credits are non-refundable, regardless of usage or account status·

6.3 Taxes

All pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes.

Users are responsible for paying GST or any other applicable taxes required by law.

6.4 Renewal & Cancellation

  • Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to refunds for the current billing period.

  • Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

7. No Refund Policy

Except where required by law:

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees

  • Platform fees

  • Onboarding fees

  • Setup charges

  • Add-ons

  • Messaging credits

  • Usage charges

Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations or misuse of the platform.

8. Messaging Policies & Compliance

Users must comply with:

  • WhatsApp Business Platform Policies

  • Meta Messaging & Commerce Policies

  • Country-specific telecom laws

  • TRAI regulations (where applicable)

If Meta or WhatsApp restricts messaging, revokes WABA access, or blocks templates due to your activity, Expert Technologies will not be held responsible.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend messaging to prevent:

  • Spam activity

  • Policy violations

  • Excessive complaints or delivery failures

  • High-risk messaging behavior

9. AI Features & Limitations

Our platform may use AI models for automation and responses.

By using these features, you acknowledge:

  • AI responses may not always be accurate

  • AI tools do not replace human judgment

  • Important communications should be reviewed manually

Expert Technologies is not responsible for decisions or damages resulting from AI-generated responses.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the platform is owned by Expert Technologies, including:

  • Software code

  • Platform design

  • Workflows

  • Features

  • Branding and trademarks

Users may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the platform

  • Reverse engineer the software

  • Resell or redistribute the service

  • Use brand assets without written permission

11. Data Retention, Access & Deletion

Expert Technologies may store the following data:

  • Chat conversations

  • Leads and customer records

  • Analytics and reporting data

Data is retained only as long as necessary to:

  • Deliver the Services

  • Maintain system functionality

  • Comply with legal obligations

Users may request data deletion upon account termination.

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.

12. System Availability & Maintenance

While we strive for high reliability, we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted platform access

  • 100% error-free operation

  • Guaranteed message delivery

  • Availability during third-party outages

Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if users:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Send prohibited content

  • Engage in spam, fraud, or abuse

  • Attempt to exploit the system

  • Violate Meta or WhatsApp policies

Upon termination:

  • All subscriptions and credits remain non-refundable

  • Access to dashboards, integrations, and automation will be revoked

  • Data may be restricted or removed based on retention policies·

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expert Technologies against any claims, losses, damages, or legal liabilities resulting from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Content or messaging sent by you

  • Violations of platform policies

  • Third-party claims or regulatory actions

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expert Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Loss of data or goodwill

  • WhatsApp bans or Meta restrictions

  • Platform downtime or technical failures

  • Errors caused by third-party integrations

  • AI-generated responses

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user within the previous three (3) months.

16. Force Majeure

Expert Technologies is not responsible for service failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • War or civil unrest

  • Government restrictions

  • Internet or telecom outages

  • Platform outages from WhatsApp/Meta

  • Fires, floods, pandemics, or similar emergencies

17. White-Label Partners

If you use our White-Label services:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your clients comply with these Terms

  • You may not misrepresent the platform capabilities

  • You may not offer prohibited services using our infrastructure

Violations by your clients may be treated as violations by you.

18. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Support & Assistance
Expert Technologies provides 24/7 technical support to assist users with:

  • Platform errors

  • Technical issues

  • System functionality questions

However, support does NOT include:

  • Template creation

  • Automation or bot training services

  • Campaign setup or marketing consultation

These services may be provided separately under paid professional services.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
